108 Recitations of Hanuman Chalisa Fill Siddhashram in Harrow with Devotional Energy
“Ghar Ghar Ram, Har Ghar Ramayan” Satsang delivered by Swami Mahendra Das Ji Maharaj of Ayodhya Dham
Saturday, 2 August 2025
The sacred halls of the International Siddhashram Shakti Centre in Harrow were immersed in divine vibrations on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, as devotees came together for a powerful and spiritually uplifting event guided by His Holiness Shri RajrajeshwarGuruji.
A key highlight of the day was the collective chanting of Hanuman Chalisa 108 times, led by HH Guruji from 10 AM to 6 PM, filling the atmosphere with bhakti, peace, and inner strength. The chanting was not only an offering of devotion to Lord Hanuman but also a profound spiritual practice aimed at awakening divine consciousness and removing life’s obstacles.
In his spiritually charged discourse, HH Rajrajeshwar Guruji elaborated on the transformative power of chanting. He said:
“Hanuman Chalisa is a divine composition that channels energy, purifies the mind, and connects us directly with Lord Hanuman’s strength and grace. When chanted with focus and devotion, especially 108 times, it becomes a spiritual Tapasya, one that clears negativity and instils unwavering faith. In the tradition of Sanatan Dharma, chanting is a living practice that keeps our values, our culture, and our inner peace alive. In this modern age, where the mind is constantly distracted, such practices anchor us back to dharma.”
Guruji urged devotees to visualise their spiritual or personal goals while reciting the Chalisa, as this focused repetition serves as a meditation that aligns the self with divine will.
Following this sacred chanting session, the Centre hosted a heart-touching satsang on the theme “Ghar Ghar Ram, Har Ghar Ramayan”, delivered by Swami Mahendra Das Ji Maharaj of Ayodhya Dham. He was joined by HH Guruji and Sant Jentiram Bapa of Jamnagar, making the satsang a deeply enriching experience.
Swami Mahendra Das Ji praised Guruji’s role in preserving and spreading Sanatan Dharma across the globe, calling him a true beacon of light outside India. He reflected on the deep bond between Shri Ram and Hanuman Ji, stating:
“Bhagwan Ram referred to Hanuman Ji as ‘Priyatam’, not just his sevak, but the most beloved among all. On the other side, Hanuman Ji humbly said, ‘I am the das of those who are the devotees of Prabhu Ram.’ This mutual love and humility define true bhakti.”
“Take the name of Ram with love, and all sorrows shall depart. God is not in some far corner; He is within us. But He reveals Himself only when our heart is filled with affection, devotion, and surrender.”
The event was graced by the presence of respected dignitaries: Cllr Krishna Suresh, Cllr Sasi Suresh, and Cllr Parveen Rani, who appreciated the Centre’s role in fostering spiritual unity in the UK. A large number of devotees from across the UK and India attended, experiencing a deep sense of peace, connection, and divine grace throughout the day.
The event concluded with aarti, followed by the distribution of special Tulsi Malas brought by Swami Mahendra Das Ji from Shri Ram Mandir, Ayodhya. These malas were spiritually energised at Ram Mandir Ayodhya through sacred rituals, making them a divine offering to all present. Reported by Mahesh Liloriya
