Shri Ram Navami Celebrated with Devotion and a Message of World Peace at Siddhashram Shakti Centre, Harrow
London, 27 March 2026.
The auspicious festival of Shri Ram Navami was celebrated with great devotion and spiritual fervour today at the Siddhashram Shakti Centre UK in Harrow, London. The event brought together devotees, community leaders, and distinguished guests for an evening of prayer, reflection, and unity.
The celebrations were led by Spiritual and Community Leader HH Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji, who conducted a deeply engaging Satsang, along with soulful recitations of the Hanuman Chalisa and devotional bhajans accompanied by a special bhajan team.
Spiritual Message Rooted in the Ramayana
During the Satsang, Guruji eloquently explained the significance of Ram Navami and the timeless teachings of Lord Rama, revered as Maryada Purushottam—the embodiment of righteousness, dignity, and ideal conduct. Drawing from the epic Ramayana, Guruji highlighted that even Lord Ram, despite his virtues and sacrifices for the welfare of all, faced criticism and challenges within society.
He emphasised that this reflects the fundamental balance of good and bad in the world. No matter how noble one’s intentions or achievements may be, criticism is inevitable. Guruji urged devotees to remain steadfast in their path of goodness, continuing to perform righteous actions without being discouraged by negativity or opposition.
Teachings of Hanuman and Relevance Today
Guruji also spoke about the unwavering devotion, strength, and humility of Lord Hanuman, encouraging devotees to imbibe these qualities in their daily lives—especially in times of global uncertainty.

Special prayer for world peace:In light of current global tensions and conflicts, a special prayer for world peace was offered. In a unique and moving gesture, all devotees present recited the Hanuman Chalisa together and offered flower petals at the feet of Lord Ram, praying for peace, harmony, and unity across the world. This collective act of devotion stood out as a defining moment of the celebration.
Community Participation: The event witnessed the presence of several eminent personalities and community leaders, including:
Entrepreneur and philanthropist Samjibhai Patel
Pritesh Patel, Portfolio Holder for Cleaner Streets & Public Safety, Harrow Council
