Yoga in Daily Life is a structured and progressive system that guides you step by step towards physical health, mental balance and inner harmony.

It combines traditional yoga practices with modern knowledge and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

It is recognised and applied in educational and therapeutic settings worldwide as a practical approach to balanced living.

We are grateful to Siddhasram for making it possible to share our classes at the Community Hub.

In this beginners Level 1 drop-in class you will learn Sarva Hitta Asanas, meaning postures that are good for all and which build a foundation for your ongoing yoga practice. The exercises are designed for the complete balance and awakening of energy in body, mind and soul.

Each class gently guides you through relaxation, asanas, pranayama, and meditation.

Please bring your yoga mat and anything else you may need for a comfortable practice. If this is your first time, kindly arrive 15 minutes before the class, as we begin promptly at 7:30 pm.
