The issue of violence against our daughters\, mothers\, sisters\, friends\, and colleagues is a pressing concern; however\, it also serves as a catalyst to inspire greater collective effort. \nSuch violence affects us all and demands a comprehensive\, multi-faceted response: inclusive of policy development\, education initiatives\, advocacy\, and other measures. \nAt Power for Women\, our expertise lies in coaching individuals on the psychology\, tactics\, and techniques of self-defense. We believe that self-defense not only provides immediate protection but also offers long-term empowerment and resilience.
